About Us

Sun Valley Feed Mill is a family-owned feed and farm supply business located in Brownsville, KY. For over 45 years, we've gone beyond caring customer service and a commitment to quality products at fair prices, offering innovative solutions to meet our customers' needs. Whether you're looking for quality animal feed and supplies, assistance with gardening, yard work, or need hunting equipment or the perfect pocket knife, we are here to help. Our Story

When Jerome Logsdon and Roy Vincent opened Sun Valley as a feed mill in 1972, they began by grinding and mixing corn and hay and selling farm seed and fertilizer; along the way, he established a family legacy. Jerome had the pleasure of working alongside both of his sons and many of his grandchildren through his years in business. In 1984, his son, Jim (and Sharon) bought the Vincent shares and continued growing the business. Then, in 2000, Jim (and Sharon) bought out the rest of the business while his other son, Glenn, bought the family farm. Jerome, Jim and Glenn continued working and expanding the business together until Jerome’s passing in 2016. Over the years the business expanded in products, buildings and family members. Jim’s two children, Nick and Ashley grew up in the family business and have both been in the business full time since finishing their education. In 2012, the new storefront got up and running and in 2021 a new warehouse was completed. Sun Valley now spans 4 different buildings and a large amount of outdoor real estate housing a huge variety of products for farming, camping, hunting, animal feed, gifts, lawn and garden, and other outdoor necessities making us a one stop shop! Our many options and great service earned us the Business of the Year Award in 2010 and 2011. Since opening, we have stayed true to our values by always providing high quality products combined with expert advice to the community.
